Frequently Asked Questions

How do I choose a starting level?
If you are new to acting, start with Beginner On‑Camera or Voice Foundations. Experienced actors moving to film often begin with Intermediate Self‑Tape Lab. You can filter by level on the catalog.
Are classes live or on-demand?
Both. Many acting fundamentals are best in cohorts with feedback, while drills like diction or cold reading are available on‑demand. Each course card lists the format.
How much time should I budget weekly?
Plan 3–6 hours per week for most modules. Live cohorts include a 90-minute session plus 1–3 hours of practice. See duration on each course in the catalog.
Do you offer private coaching?
Yes. Private coaching is available for audition prep and role development. Message us via contact with your timeline and materials.
What is your refund policy?
If you cannot attend the first live session, contact us before it starts for a full refund. On‑demand modules are refundable within 7 days if less than 20% is completed. Details in our Terms.
Can I switch cohorts after enrolling?
We allow one cohort transfer when space permits. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and preferred schedule.
Do you issue certificates?
Yes. Upon successful completion of required assignments and attendance, you receive a digital certificate for that module or track.
How are coaches selected?
Coaches are working professionals with proven teaching records. We evaluate demo sessions for clarity, empathy, and safety practices before bringing them on.
Is there homework?
Expect weekly reps: monologue polish, scene analysis, voice drills, and self‑tape iterations. Every assignment lists time estimates and criteria.
