1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PerformRoot Studio services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Services

We provide acting education via on‑demand modules and live cohorts. Features may change to improve learning outcomes. We do not guarantee bookings, representation, or employment.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for activities under your account and must notify us of unauthorized use.

4. Payments and Refunds

Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply. Refunds: live cohorts are refundable if requested prior to the first session; on‑demand modules are refundable within 7 days if less than 20% completed. We may deny abusive refund patterns.

5. Scheduling and Transfers

We may reschedule sessions due to coach availability or technical issues; we will provide reasonable alternatives. You may request one cohort transfer subject to seat availability.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the platform, interfere with others’ learning, or violate laws. Respect classmates and adhere to consent, safety, and anti-harassment policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content is owned or licensed by PerformRoot Studio and protected by law. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning. Do not reproduce, distribute, or sell course materials without permission.

8. User Content

Assignments and recordings you submit remain yours, but you grant us a limited license to store and display them for educational use within your courses and to provide feedback.

9. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, bookings, or representation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
